It’s 10 years to the month since #BlackLivesMatter was founded to build power to intervene in violence inflicted on Black communities. 

And while it shouldn’t take an anniversary or a national month to talk about the experiences of Black people and other marginalised communities in the UK, it got me thinking again about issues of ethnicity and wealth.
